Prasanthi Nilayam, the Abode of the Ultimate Divine, wakes up with the chanting of Aumkar 21 times at 5:20 a.m in the Mandir, followed by Suprabhatam (invoking the Lord of Parthi). Vedic chanting by a small group of selected devotees, starting from the Mandir, and after circumambulation of the Mandir and Bhagawan’s Residence, culminating at the Ganesh Mandir. Simulataneously, Nagarsankirtan (devotional bhajan singing around the Mandir) by ladies and gents in two separate groups, one followed by the other starts from the Ganesh Temple, almost following the Veda chanting group, and, after circumambulating Mandir and Bhagawan’s Residence, returns to the same spot at the Ganesh Mandir.

When Bhagawan is present in Prasanthi Nilayam, devotees start gathering in Sai Kulwant Hall around 5 o’ clock in the morning. Bhagawan comes out at any time after 6:30 to bless the devotees with darshan. Bhajan starts at 9:00 a.m. and ends with Mangala Aarathi to Bhagawan, in approximately half an hour. Bhagawan returns to His Residence after Mangala Aarathi.

Devotees again gather in Sai Kulwant Hall for afternoon darshan from 1:30 p.m. Bhagawan comes out at around 3:00 p.m. Bhajan starts at 5:00 p.m. and ends after about half an hour with Mangala Aarathi.

Every day at 8:30 a.m.there is Orientation Lecture for new devotees from overseas, in the first floor lecture hall of North Indian Canteen. This is followed by Spiritual Talk by distinguished speakers for devotees in general at 10:00 a.m. in the same venue. Thereafter at 7:45 p.m. there is a video show on festivals and functions.
